This commitment was recently reinforced during a two-day senior leadership session, where we combined strategic planning with opportunities to deepen trust, strengthen connections, and reinforce our shared vision for the future.
🗓️ Day 1: We took a deep dive into our company vision and future strategy, reinforcing each department’s priorities and fleshing out exciting upcoming initiatives. With insightful discussions around challenges and opportunities, the team finished the day feeling aligned and invigorated about NatureCo‘s next steps.
🗓️ Day 2: We shifted gears to focus on our evolution as an executive team with a dynamic leadership workshop facilitated by Dan Mottau. We explored our levels of team functioning and the art of feedback, and identified ways to enhance both personal and collective effectiveness. It was a valuable day of learning, reflection, and commitment to fostering a culture of agility and growth alongside trust and connection.
