NatureCo is proud to announce our partnership with Nashulai Maasai Conservancy on a project aimed at delivering sustainable long-term improvements to local livelihoods and natural ecosystems in Indigenous lands of the greater Maasai Mara, Kenya.
Nashulai Maasai Conservancy is winner of the prestigious United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Equator Prize, with UNDP citing the organization for its leadership ‘at the forefront of a paradigm shift… an outstanding example of a local nature-based solution to climate change and sustainable development’.
Drawing on NatureCo’s extensive experience in nature-based carbon projects, we are thrilled to be working together with Nashulai Maasai Conservancy to develop a world-leading, Indigenous community-led initiative, with a focus on agroforestry and grassland restoration.
