Mark Graeme and Verónica Moralez Paoli O. have recently been in Mexico for a critical phase of the ‘Sustainable Forests for the Estado de Mexico’ project. This initiative aims to plant six million trees across more than 5,000 hectares of communal land in the Estado de Mexico, contributing to ecosystem restoration and community resilience.

During the trip, the team have been conducting field due diligence and strengthening relationships with key project partner, Nación Verde, to ensure the project’s success, leading to long-term positive impacts for people and nature.
